Delivery & Shipping
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery is made using a tracked Royal Mail service, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- All orders under 40.00 - £4.50 Delivery Fee
- All orders over £40.00 - FREE Delivery
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of redelivery. Alternatively, a refund for the product(s), excluding the original delivery cost, can be issued.
- All orders are sent using a tracked service. If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
- We don’t currently offer international shipping through our website. If you wish to place an order from outside the UK, please contact us at hello@candleyou.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.
